Shoals Sav-A-Life was formed in 1994 to encourage our clients to invest their time in learning the skills taught through peer counselors and apply the knowledge and resources provided to build a better life for their child and themselves so that they can become all that God created them to be. We are pleased to serve the residents of Franklin, Colbert and Lauderdale counties.

Our free services include: pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, options counseling, parenting skills classes, adoption referral information, STD testing, post-abortion care, and sexual risk avoidance education.
